A lot of people this time of year are focused on putting together their receipts and getting their tax deductions in. However, they forget some other useful concessions and rebates to save them money throughout the year.
One Click Life CEO Nathan Kerr suggests that a few things to look into are
- Energy Assistant Payment or Dependent Child Rebate for Centrelink Concession Card holders that can be applied directly through their energy providers;
- No Interest Loan Scheme that provides loans for essential goods and services that can be applied for via NILS.com.au;
- Pensioner and concession discounts that can be applied for directly to your water company if you have a Pensioner or State Concession Card.
