How to Allow Camera Access for ID Match

This guide explains how to allow camera access for the URL https://api.oneclickservices.com.au, used to facilitate One Click Life’s ID Match. Camera permissions are necessary for completing a face liveness and likeness check.

When to Allow

When you initiate the liveness test for the first time, a popup will appear asking you to Block or Allow camera access. Ensure you click allow to be able to complete the test.

We only use this function for the purpose of verifying your identity and the data is not stored after the identity process has been completed.
