Not to bad format that they provide to complete your tax return and is easy to use. The down side is after completing all you're information and deductions , it'll come up with how much you'll be getting back from the ATO automatically,but every time I've got a email saying to log back in as curtain thing's have to be redone and I've ended up doing what the messages have said and the sum of money is dramatically decreased and when it's been finalised and paid out it's different again which I find that it's misleading information to get you to lodge it. As well they do get information through the ATO automatically filled in you're tax return which is great but important information that should be told before you lodge is not there until you've done the lodgement then a day after they'll send information that was critical for you're refund and in result it costs you you're whole refund that should of been shown so you could hold off lodging until contacting the ATO to fix whatever you're problem may be. So in my experience you get mislead so you lodge so they can collect there fee then expect you to make an appointment to resolve further issues costing you even more money in consulting. When that information and resolving should of been flagged by them before lodging as they have the information then should be contacted and walked through everything then been advised to send you're tax return in after dealing with an accountant. Instead of there format telling you what to do then sending it in when no accountant has really done anything at all. Id advise this online tax return format only if you're tax is really simple and you only have one income.
